We were challenged with the task of transforming a Levi’s Stadium VIP skybox into a Courtyard Marriott Hotel suite for a once in a lifetime Super Bowl 50 fan experience. The suite had to have all the luxuries of a deluxe hotel suite with the flexibility to be converted back into a VIP skybox for the big game in the span of two hours. Modular walls were utilized to quickly change the furniture configuration of the space as well as offer an easy solution for changing graphics to achieve the two looks. Unique features designed specifically for the space added to the festive occasion. A wall created with 70 commemorative Super Bowl 50 footballs was used for display. The footballs were removable and given to guests as a parting gift. A custom bamboo valance was created to house the operational window treatments to both offer the overnight guests privacy as well as match the décor of the Courtyard Marriott suite. Custom backlit logos and graphics were also used to convert the suite into a space worthy of such a unique, once in a lifetime event experience.
